Our dia de decansar (day of rest)
On Sunday they truly do take a day of rest here. For us though that meant a day of rest as well as preparation and more relational building. Today we made paracord bracelets with the kids and taught them how to make them. We also played volleyball and just had some great interaction with youth of all ages. Our teens are doing splendid at making friends and getting out of their comfort zones and showing love. We are so blessed and thankful that God has allowed us to be here. Saturday the manual labor starts. We will start by cleaning up the grounds at their newest school buildings. Thank you for your prayers for us this week. Dios le bendiga (God bless you)
